Our beef is raised the old-fashioned way, starting on open pasture with a grass-fed diet, then grain finished with locally grown corn and DDG.  We focus on feeding our cattle as wholesome and natural as possible, using quality feed sourced close to home.  The result is flavorful beef; honest food raised with care, rooted in the land, and meant to be shared around the table.
